A leading airline based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Recruitment Team Manager for Flight Operations. This role involves leading recruitment strategies for pilots and cadets and requires over 7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in aviation. The manager will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.

We are seeking a Recruitment Team Manager (Flight Operations) to lead the recruitment team and deliver innovative hiring strategies across pilots and cadet programmes.
In this leadership role, you will manage the recruitment team responsible for sourcing, assessment and selection within Flight Operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR and Flight Ops, you will design and deliver creative strategies to ensure high growth targets are achieved efficiently while enhancing candidate experience.
