The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR and at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with hands-on recruitment for Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and building partnerships with local universities. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting Saudization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in in-house recruitment; agency experience is a plus.
  • Pronounced hands-on experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to Nitaqat, Saudization, and Saudi labor regulations is a strong advantage.

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality, consultative recruitment services dedicated to supporting the company’s operations in Saudi Arabia. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Nitaqat/Saudization requirements, and alignment with business growth plans, while being based at Head Office in Sharjah as part of the regional recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Saudi Arabia, from manpower requisition through selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Support the development and execution of Saudi recruitment plans, aligned with business priorities, start-up needs, and operational timelines.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are fully compliant with Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat program, Saudization targets, and MHRSD requirements.
  • Source, headhunt, and engage both Saudi national and expatriate candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and direct search.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/virtual) to assess candidates’ technical fit, cultural alignment, and eligibility for employment in KSA.
  • Coordinate and participate in competency-based interviews with hiring managers to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Saudi local universities, technical colleges, and training institutes to participate in career fairs, graduate programs, and campus recruitment initiatives, with the objective of attracting Saudi fresh graduates and early-career talent in line with Saudization and long-term workforce planning.
  • Act as a recruitment advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and Saudization guidance.
  • Manage and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future Saudi roles, ensuring continuous candidate engagement.
  • Support offer management, negotiations, and coordination with HR Operations for onboarding, visas, and documentation related to Saudi hires.
  • Prepare and share periodic recruitment reports and dashboards covering Saudization ratios, time-to-hire, and recruitment progress.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs focused on the Saudi talent market.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in in-house recruitment however some agency experience would be advantageous.
  • Hands‑on experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to Nitaqat, Saudization, and Saudi labor regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi labor market and hiring practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong planning and multitasking capability.
