Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive with basic recruitment experience and familiarity with Workable ATS . A key responsibility of this role is CV screening —reviewing applications, identifying potential matches, and ensuring candidates meet basic job criteria. The role also includes maintaining candidate pipelines and preparing simple recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial CV screening to identify candidates who meet basic job requirements.
  • Review candidate profiles for qualifications, experience, skills, employment gaps, and role relevance.
  • Flag and shortlist suitable candidates for next-stage review.
  • Assist in managing applicants and pipelines through Workable ATS .
  • Update candidate statuses, tags, and notes for clear tracking.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and share updates with candidates.
  • Prepare simple weekly recruitment updates and admin-level reports.
  • Assist HR and hiring managers with recruitment tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and data accuracy.
Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR support roles.
  • Basic understanding of Workable ATS or similar recruitment systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially during CV review.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare simple reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
