  • Create and publish job advertisements aligned with client job descriptions and hiring requirements.
  • Screen CVs and conduct structured interviews (phone, video, in‑person) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely shortlisting for multiple active roles.
  • Act as the main point of contact from sourcing and interview coordination to offer management & onboarding.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a recruitment agency handling end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles & industries.
  • Hindi speaker preferred, ideally 32 years old or below.
  • Strong skills in sourcing candidates via job portals, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
  • Proven ability to screen CVs and conduct phone, video, and in‑person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
