Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Dubai office during a period of sustained growth. This role is suited for professionals who can independently manage a full 360 recruitment desk and operate with strong commercial ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including business development, client management, and candidate delivery
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships within your chosen market (UAE, US, UK, or KSA)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, revenue, and placements
  • Deliver a consultative, high‑quality recruitment service to clients and candidates
  • Work autonomously while maintaining accountability for performance and results
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment within a consultancy environment
  • Proven and consistent billing track record
  • Technology recruitment experience is preferred
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to generate new business
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working without close supervision
  • Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
