We currently have hot desk opportunities for consultants either in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai. We are looking for talent with one or more years of recruitment experience across our Technology, Product Management and Creative disciplines.

Our ideal Saltee will be comfortable meeting new people frequently, have an ability to determine a client or candidate's potential through clever questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding activity and sales targets, being richly rewarded for doing so.

Typical Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible clients and candidates in assigned universe
  • Sell Salt Solutions across a diverse range of geographies
  • Management of clients from startup to Enterprise grade
  • Promotion of your knowledge base and our brand through social media

Pay range and compensation package

We offer market leading commissions with zero thresholds and top payouts at 35%+!

Salaries offered to our team are also market leading, ranging from 12k - 27k aed per month depending on your grade and experience.
