Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter Officer who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local job market and a proven track record in recruiting top talent. As a Recruiter Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various positions within our clients' organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best talent solutions.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract and engage top talent.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and competitive.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment best practices in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
