A prominent corporate group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Receptionist to manage the reception efficiently and provide administrative support to the showroom manager. Responsibilities include handling calls, maintaining cleanliness in the reception area, ensuring equipment is in working order, and assisting the sales team with MIS reports. The ideal candidate should possess a High School Certificate, have good knowledge of MS Office, and communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
To manage the reception efficiently, attend to guests and telephone calls in a professional manner befitting the corporate image of the Group and provide the necessary administrative support functionally required by the Showroom Manager.
