Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Leasing & Tawtheeq Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the TAMM system Tawtheeq system and all aspects of leasing contract creation validation modification and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all leasing procedures including contract drafting renewal and termination
• Manage full Tawtheeq registration and updates via the TAMM portal
• Ensure all lease agreements are compliant with Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements
• Coordinate with property managers tenants and landlords
• Maintain records and documentation for audits and reporting
• Stay updated on any regulatory changes related to leasing and Tawtheeq

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in real estate leasing
• Strong knowledge of the Tawtheeq and TAMM systems
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and leasing legalities
