Our Client is hiring a Real Estate Development Manager specializing in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to lead the growth and expansion of our F&B outlets across the UAE. This role is central to our mission to amplify our retail F&B presence, requiring a dynamic individual with a keen eye for lucrative real estate opportunities and a deep understanding of the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure prime real estate locations for new F&B outlets, aligning with our brand's growth strategy and market positioning.
  • Manage lease negotiations and renewals for existing outlets, optimizing costs and ensuring terms that support our operational goals.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including LLs, developers, and F&B industry influencers.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential growth areas, and upcoming real estate developments relevant to the F&B sector.
  • Present comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team, keeping them informed of market dynamics and investment opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations with LL and developers, securing favorable lease terms and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations, including RERA.
  • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project rollouts, adherence to brand standards, and operational excellence.
  • Initiate and cultivate partnerships with other F&B entities, local businesses, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Apply financial acumen to evaluate investment opportunities, oversee P&L management, and conduct feasibility studies for new site acquisitions.
