ALPHA STAR PROPERTIES is expanding and looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai sales team. This role is ideal for agents who want high-quality pre-qualified leads and 50% commission on every closed deal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle pre-scheduled ZOOM meetings with hot leads provided by the company.

  • Contact and follow up with interested buyers and investors.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Conduct virtual or on-site viewings when needed.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations using company-provided scripts.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals in a professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM.

  • Ensure smooth coordination with clients until contract signing.
