Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expertise: Maintain comprehensive, up‑to‑date knowledge of the Dubai property market, including residential/ commercial developments, current pricing trends, RERA regulations, and legal processes.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships by providing expert advice, conducting property viewings, and ensuring a seamless buying, selling, or leasing experience.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate favourable terms for clients and efficiently manage the entire sales/leasing process from initial inquiry to final contract signing and handover.
  • Documentation: Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and RERA requirements are accurately completed and submitted in a disciplined and timely manner.
Skills
  • Minimum at least 1 year of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of success in Real Estate Dubai Market
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with high‑value clients and investors.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
