We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quarry Manager to oversee quarry operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role involves managing staff, coordinating with sales and commercial teams, monitoring output, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quarry production levels are maintained safely and according to schedule.
• Balance sales demands with production output to meet company targets.
• Adjust the quarry’s production system based on required materials.
• Liaise with sales and commercial teams to coordinate production needs.
• Set, monitor, and manage production performance targets.
• Provide reports and statistics on quarry performance to management.
• Manage and regulate the quarry’s budget and operational costs.
• Maintain up-to-date records and manage administrative paperwork.
• Implement and enforce key health and safety policies across the site.
• Monitor all areas of the quarry to ensure extraction and processing meet high standards.
• Address technical and staffing challenges in coordination with site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to comply with safety regulations.
• Examine materials produced to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assess equipment and production material levels and order new items as required.
• Ensure vehicles on site are properly maintained.
