Job description

• Assist in the development implementation and monitoring of quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to standards.

• Help resolve qualityrelated issues providing technical support and solutions to departments.

• Collaborate with production operations and procurement teams to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

• Support the analysis and investigation of customer complaints related to quality.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives that align with company goals.

• Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics including waste management carbon footprint energy usage and water consumption.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

• Work with teams to identify and implement energysaving waste reduction and resource conservation projects.

• Support continuous improvement programs to enhance product quality and sustainability performance.

• Participate in quality control risk management and compliance activities across the organization.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in quality and sustainability processes.

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends regulations and best practices.

• Assist in preparing reports related to quality audits sustainability metrics and compliance assessments.

• Maintain accurate records of audits quality issues sustainability activities and compliance documentation.

• Prepare presentations for internal meetings and management reviews on quality and sustainability performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Engineering Quality Management Sustainability or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in quality management sustainability or environmental management.
• Strong understanding of quality management systemsand sustainability standards.
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports related to quality and sustainability performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with quality management software and sustainability tracking tools is a plus.
• Problemsolving skills with a focus on process improvement.
