Job summary

Position Overview

Join our team to ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of all legal and corporate documentation and file-management processes. You will work closely with our Legal Team and Corporate Department, reviewing every document and memorandum daily to ensure it meets the firm’s standards and is ready for client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review daily all memoranda, legal submissions and corporate documents prepared by the team, ensuring they comply with the firm’s standards and legal-drafting requirements.
  • Implement and maintain document-control processes, version-control mechanisms and file-tracking systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of all legal and corporate documentation before submission or archiving.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, corporate department and external advisors to manage document flow, approvals and adherence to standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation, identify quality issues, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Maintain electronic document-management systems, manage access controls, and ensure secure storage of confidential records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on document status, quality issues, corrective actions, and metrics to monitor team performance.
  • Work pressure and demonstrate ability to handle a high volume of tasks daily, while maintaining attention to detail and flexibility in a dynamic legal environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in document control, quality assurance or legal-documentation oversight within a legal-services or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of document-management systems, version control and legal/corporate documentation standards.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written & spoken).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and document-management tools.
