Job Description
  • Identify, target, and secure new corporate and leisure clients, developing strong relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and territory management initiatives aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, set clear targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular market research, analyze trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide management with actionable insights and sales performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Open to Arabic nationals, 35 – 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with corporate and leisure travel exposure.
