A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing QHSE policies, conducting audits, and providing training to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. The candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, along with certification in QHSE management and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, ensuring a robust environment of safety and compliance.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of QHSE within the organization, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

  • Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE best practices and procedures
  • Lead incident investigations and develop action plans to prevent reoccurrence
  • Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on QHSE matters as needed
  • Keep up to date with changes in QHSE regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Certified in QHSE management (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 14001)
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role
