A leading oil and gas company is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to drive quality assurance and control activities across onshore EPC projects. This role requires strong leadership, ensuring project deliverables meet regulatory and client standards. The ideal candidate should have 812 years of QA/QC experience in the oil and gas industry, hold relevant engineering qualifications, and possess strong skills in QA/QC processes, inspection techniques, and documentation. Qualifications

• 812 years of experience in QA/QC within Oil & Gas/EPC onshore projects.
• Certifications such as CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS-CWI, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and approving Quality Plans and Inspection Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, and procedures.
• Oversee QA/QC teams across disciplines.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections.
• Monitor construction quality against international standards.
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and compilation of Quality Dossiers.
• Provide technical support during testing and commissioning.
