Job summary

A leading professional services firm in the UAE is seeking a PQ Course Management Associate to support the delivery of professional training programs. Responsibilities include coordinating training logistics, liaising with trainers, and managing client interactions. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in education/training operations, client servicing or project coordination.
  • Prior experience in a professional training institute, business school or EdTech platform is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Flexible to support evening and weekend classes.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination and management of the full delivery cycle of finance qualification programs.
  • Liaise with trainers to align on session plans, availability and content logistics.
  • Manage client and student communications including onboarding, schedules and issue resolution.
  • Organize venue bookings, exam logistics, and materials distribution for training.
  • Track and report on attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in financial processes including invoicing, budget tracking, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure delivery quality by collecting feedback and initiating continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project governance standards.

Role Title: PQ Course Management – Associate
Role Introduction

As an Associate in the Finance Qualifications team, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end operations and client servicing of professional training programs, including ACCA, CMA, CFA, Diploma in IFRS, and other finance-related courses. You will be responsible for assisting the team with trainer coordination, supporting students, ensuring high-quality delivery, and maintaining seamless operational execution for both corporate clients (B2B) and individual learners (B2C).

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support coordination and management of the full delivery cycle of finance qualification programs (ACCA, CMA, CFA, IFRS, etc.).
