Property Specialist - Dubai, UAE

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide full support to the Relocation Department on all Property Coordination to assure the best service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:

1. Book properties corresponding to the Relocation Department Requests and/or to outside customers.
2. Work with selected agents and/or with the Landlords.
3. Note & organize 1 to 4 Home Searches per day by calling real estate agents or landlords to organize meetings with Move One Relocations customers and/or outside Customers.
4. Confirm bookings of properties.
5. Discuss rental price and conditions of payment with the real estate agents and/or the Landlords.
6. Close a minimum of 5 deals per month.
7. Meet with Real estate agents/ tenants/ Relocation Consultants on viewings, either together or independently, as required.
8. Conduct at least 10 viewings per week with customers and real estate agents.
9. Maintain good relationships with Real estate agents to build long-term partnerships.
10. Build and/or maintain good relationships with the Relocation Department to provide excellent service.
11. Complete handovers with Agent / Tenant/ Landlord/ Move One Relocation as needed.
12. Visit RERA, DEWA, Property Developers to resolve operational issues with required documents when necessary.
13. Develop listings of real estate agents and participate in real estate events to foster relationships.
14. Participate in Move One events to strengthen inter-departmental relationships.
15. Update the Relocation department on follow-ups before handover and assist with viewings.
16. Send daily and weekly reports on real estate team activities to the manager.
17. Work effectively as part of the team on all assignments.
18. Interact professionally with colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
