Property Manager

Responsibilities
  • 1.Manage lease renewals, receivables, and legal operations in real estate.
  • 2.Foster strong tenant relationships to maximize revenue and solve issues for customer satisfaction.
  • 3.Conduct market studies with the sales team to ensure rental rates align with market trends and increase occupancy.
  • 4.Focus on tenant retention to minimize vacancy loss.
  • 5.Initiate and recommend legal actions, liaising with legal teams for eviction and police cases.
  • 6.Approve move-out inspection reports and security deposit deductions.
  • 7.Enforce occupancy rules, conduct property inspections, and visit buildings monthly to ensure standards.
  • 8.Ensure compliance with government regulations (Insurance, CCTV, Civil Defence, DM, DEWA, etc.).
  • 9.Prepare property management reports and documents.
Qualifications
