Responsibilities
  • Represent properties to potential buyers
  • Respond to the changing needs of buyers and sellers
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to clients
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare market reports
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients
  • Maintain an uptodate client and property database
  • Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers
  • Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience ideally within the real estate industry
  • Quick decisionmaking skills strong negotiation tactics and exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • A strong work ethic and a customer serviceoriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese French Russian and Spanish are a plus)
  • Punctual wellpresented and honest demeanor
  • Valid driving license
  • Own visa preferred
  • Valid broker card
