Job description

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineers designers clients consultants and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Oversee the installation of marine barriers ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Handling projects and paperwork from start until the end with focus on project closing documents invoicing
• Documentation oF Project related paperwork Method Statements Risk Assessments and Progress reports.

Site Management

• Manage daily operations onsite including labor equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team including subcontractors and site personnel.
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals timelines and updates.
• Ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their tasks.

Safety & Compliance

• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the workforce and environment.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies industry standards and coastguard requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Investigate and report any incidents or accidents.
