The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and interior fit out, with a proven ability to deliver large‑scale projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit‑out projects—from concept, design coordination, and planning to execution, handover, and post‑delivery support.
  • Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed‑use development projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and premium quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with design, production, and site teams.
  • Supervise multidisciplinary teams and external contractors, ensuring all work is executed per design intent, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project flow and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Oversee procurement schedules, shop drawings, sample approvals, and production milestones related to joinery and fit‑out elements.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and risk registers, ensuring strong commercial control and timely decision‑making.
  • Drive quality assurance and compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients with complete transparency.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Requirements
