Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and décor projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing high-end commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project scope, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, architects, and site supervisors to execute design concepts.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety, health, and building regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years + experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.
