Project Manager – Events – Abu Dhabi

The Project Manager is responsible for pitching for new tenders, preparing Technical Proposals, Client Facing, and delivery stage of the assigned projects/RFPs

Requirements

• Provent experience leading large-scale events including budget forecasting and a strong background in team management to be considered.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget for you and your direct reports, if applicable
• Mentor and support your junior peers in the definition of project scope and objectives, and how they must involve all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
