Reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager Dubai & Sharjah the Project Manager based in Dubai is accountable for managing the scope schedule and budget of the assigned project(s). Managing the interface with all key stakeholders internally and externally during the project especially focusing on continuous proactive collaboration with the customer. He/she plans directs and coordinates the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget using approved KONE methodologies and tools. His/her primary objectives are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for project scope schedule and budget delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives

• Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction with professional stakeholder management

• Accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project.

• Ensure integrated project planning with customers and KONE fullchain teams

• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan

• Ensure continuous fullchain project monitoring and control

• Responsible for successful project startup project reviews project reporting and facilitating project governance

• Ensure that project status and progress are effectively communicated to KONE management and the customer

• Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification mitigation contingency planning and potential recovery actions

• Accountable for the projects financial planning and forecasting cash flow management and revenue management

• Responsible for actively driving SalestoOperations handover quality accountable for handovers to Customers and Maintenance as well as project closing activities
  Maintain master action log and lessons learned document. Ensures sufficient project resourcing and competencies

• Manages and leads the fullchain project team

• Creates and maintains safety and security awareness among project employees and subcontractors. Ensures the following KONE and Customer safety and security policies.

Are you the one

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management preferably within the elevator industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of successfully managing largescale projects from initiation to completion.

• Understanding of the financial aspects of managing projects and product initiatives

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in highrise project management within the elevator industry is essential.
