Job summary

A leading real estate development firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and strong knowledge of Dubai's building codes and regulations. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and real estate development processes.
• Ability to drive multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of real estate projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project budget, schedule, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessment, problem-solving, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
