Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and execution skills and excels at driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Execution
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across multiple workstreams.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage expectations at all levels of the organization.
• Provide transparent project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish governance frameworks, project controls, and reporting standards.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and external regulations.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Coordinate and lead project teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technical leads.
• Foster a high-performance culture, mentor junior PMs, and encourage continuous improvement.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project context.

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Alignment

• Monitor project performance using KPIs and ensure continuous alignment with business strategy.
• Conduct retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Recommend improvements to project management practices, tools, and templates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
• Proven success in managing complex, enterprise-wide projects across multiple departments or regions.
• Strong experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with project/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
