Job description
About the Role

Are you ready to lead some of the most ambitious entertainment projects in the region? As a Project Manager at CONDUCTR, you’ll sit at the centre of our design and deployment activities across the Middle East, taking projects from creative concept through to onsite delivery.

This isn’t a paper-pushing PM role. You’ll be managing complex design-and-build projects in location-based entertainment, including digital experiences, themed attractions, family entertainment centres, competitive socialising venues, and brand activations. You’ll integrate seamlessly into large-scale construction programmes, working with international clients, consultants, and contractors - many of whom are seasoned project managers themselves.

To succeed, you’ll need to bring both commercial rigour and creative empathy: driving critical paths, stage-gate reviews, programme alignment, and deliverables, while ensuring our design intent and guest experience ambitions are never lost in translation.

About Us

CONDUCTR is a leading creative technology and design studio specialising in immersive entertainment and interactive experiences. We work with global operators, IP owners, and brands to create world-first attractions and competitive socialising products. Our team of designers, technologists, media experts, producers, and engineers fuse creative ambition with technical precision to deliver extraordinary guest experiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across immersive attractions, interactive exhibits, social gaming venues, and themed entertainment projects.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, including critical path analysis, deliverables tracking, and stage-gate reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and updates—demonstrating commercial awareness and control.
  • Oversee design coordination and integration with wider construction programmes, ensuring smooth collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and QS interactions; track project costs and variations with rigour.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams (internal and external) across design, media, technology, and installation.
  • Conduct regular project meetings—internally, with clients, and with contractors—maintaining accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and contract management for key suppliers, freelancers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee site activities and ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Champion CONDUCTR’s standards for guest experience, safety, and technical excellence.
You should have
  • Proven experience delivering design-and-build projects in at least one of: themed entertainment, attractions, AV/technology integration, or live/immersive environments.
  • Expert knowledge of project management disciplines: programme management, risk registers, deliverables control, commercial oversight, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to hold your own in discussions with senior client PMs, QSs, and contractors.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Experience producing clear documentation: Gantt charts, RACI matrices, risk registers, client reports.
  • Confidence in leading meetings, negotiating, and addressing challenges directly with clients and partners.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality, schedule, and budget discipline.
  • Comfortable working across different project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for client meetings and onsite delivery.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of integrating creative, technical, and operational teams.
It would be great if you have
  • Experience in themed entertainment, cruise, hospitality, or immersive experiences.
  • Familiarity with large-scale construction environments in the GCC region.
  • Experience in business development support and growing new regional business units.
  • Interest in cutting-edge media, interactive technology, or experiential design.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The opportunity to deliver landmark projects across the GCC and internationally.
  • A chance to grow a regional office for one of the UK’s fastest-growing creative companies.
  • A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive environment that values creativity and precision in equal measure.
