Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT and digital transformation projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and organizational policies.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IT, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
