Job Description:

As part of the development of its activities in Abu Dhabi Patriarche is looking for a Projet Manager responsible for ensuring the overall management of projects in coordination with all stakeholders involved in design and execution.

You will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts into concrete achievements ensuring compliance with costs quality and deadlines. Your on-site presence will ensure operational follow-up and smooth communication between the various project stakeholders.

You will hold a dual strategic and operational role contributing both to project management and if necessary supporting the local construction management team with on-site involvement to ensure smooth operations.

Missions:

• Project management: Ensuring transversal management with a 360 vision from project definition to implementation.
• Interdisciplinary coordination: Facilitating communication and synchronization between teams of architects engineers contractors and consultants.
• Financial and contractual management: Ensuring budgetary and contractual commitments are met in collaboration with clients and service providers.
• Technical supervision and work monitoring: Proactively anticipating and resolving technical issues on-site.
• Risk management and decision-making: Identifying critical points and proposing appropriate solutions to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Project interface: Acting as the central contact point between all stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and quick decision‑making.

Description du poste :

Dans le cadre du dveloppement de son activit Abu Dhabi Patriarche recherche un.e Ingnieur dAffaires / Ingnieur Projet charg.e dassurer le pilotage global des projets en coordination avec l'ensemble des acteurs de la conception et de la réalisation.

Vous serez responsable de transformer les concepts architecturaux en réalisations concrtes en assurant le respect des coûts de la qualité et des délais. Votre présence sur site garantira un suivi des opérations et une communication fluide entre les différents acteurs du projet.

Vous aurez une double casquette stratégique et opérationnelle vous interviendrez tant sur l'ingénierie de projet qu'en soutien au besoin de l'équipe travaux locale avec une présence terrain pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.

Mission (France):

• Pilotage du projet : Assurer une gestion transverse avec une vision 360 depuis la définition du projet jusqu sa mise en œuvre.
• Coordination interdisciplinaire : Faciliter la communication et la synchronisation entre les quipes d'architectes ingénieurs entreprises et consultants.
• Gestion financière et contractuelle : Garantir le respect des engagements budgétaires et contractuels en lien avec la maîtrise d'ouvrage et les prestataires.
• Supervision technique et suivi des travaux : Assurer une veille proactive pour anticiper et résoudre les problématiques techniques sur site.
• Maitrise des risques et des arbitrages : Identifier les points critiques et proposer des solutions adaptées pour optimiser la rentabilité et l'efficacité des opérations.
• Interface projet : Servir d'interlocuteur central entre les différents intervenants en assurant une communication fluide et une prise de décision rapide.

Qualifications :

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent in construction civil engineering project management or engineering
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to structure and deliver a project while respecting economic and operational constraints
• Knowledge of international standards and methods (RIBA PMI etc.) or a willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in professional English both written and spoken. French is a plus.

Profil recherch :

• Diplome d'Ingénieur ou équivalent en BTP génie civil gestion de projet ou ingénierie
• Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet
• Capacité structurer un projet et le mener son terme en respectant les contraintes économiques et opérationnelles
• Connaissance des normes et méthodes internationales (RIBA PMI etc.) ou aptitude à un apprentissage rapide
• A laise en communication et négociation
• Anglais professionnel courant écrit et oral
