As a Project Engineer - Architectural you will be reporting into the Project Manager you will oversee and inspect architectural works on-site for high-rise commercial and residential building projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all architectural construction activities comply with project specifications approved drawings and local authority regulations including Dubai Municipality (DM) Trakhees and other governing bodies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of architectural works (blockwork plastering waterproofing finishes etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify contractors work aligns with local authority requirements (e.g. Dubai Municipality DDA EHS-Trakhees).
• Attend inspection requests and coordinate with the contractor to ensure readiness before inspections.
• Review and comment on architectural shop drawings method statements and material submittals.
• Monitor architectural finishes and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in Dubai building construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes standards and practices.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality Trakhees DDA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
