The Role Guildhall is supporting a prominent real estate developer in identifying a qualified Project Engineer for a residential building project in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven experience in construction planning, coordination, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project execution aligns with contract and engineering standards
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera (P6)
• Prepare progress reports, manpower plans, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor progress and productivity using earned value analysis
• Handle interim payment processing and contractor claims in coordination with the Contracts Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a real estate developer
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Experience in residential construction is preferred
