The Project Coordinator will help manage daily project activities, site readiness, documentation, and ensure alignment with Huawei’s technical and HSE standards.

Detailed Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will facilitate end-to-end coordination for 5G and SRAN OD rollout activities, ensuring schedules are maintained and all stakeholders are aligned. You will interface with Huawei, subcontractors, and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and support documentation and reporting requirements. The role demands strong communication, an engineering background, and hands-on experience with telecom deployment projects. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily implementation activities for Huawei 5G & SRAN OD deployment
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and site progress
• Liaise with Huawei teams, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Support site readiness activities, documentation control, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with Huawei technical standards, quality benchmarks, and HSE requirements
• Maintain communication across technical and project management teams
• Identify risks, delays, and blockers and elevate appropriately

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom rollout or implementation projects
• Prior experience with Huawei 5G / LTE / SRAN projects strongly preferred
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills
• Ability to understand technical site documentation, BOQs, and deployment workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience working in the UAE telecom environment preferred

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Knowledge of 5G site configuration, integration workflows, and acceptance processes
• Familiarity with Huawei project tools and documentation templates
