Overview

The ROW SHARP team is looking for a program role. This position you will be responsible for (1) rolling out WW features to AMET (2) conducting product benchmarks with US/EU/ROW and SIC (3) building inhouse tools when it can’t be prioritized by the tech team (4) solving UTR system issues during new store hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2). You will work with tech, configuration, business, and ops teams to optimize the operation systems. You will partner with product and tech teams to drive permanent solutions for frequent issues. This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations, deep understanding of the UTR systems, customer obsession, and a willingness to dive deep. Qualifications

• 3 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3 years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
