What you will be doing:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in supporting high-impact programs designed to accelerate growth and foster innovation in the region. You will work closely with program managers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of activities and successful outcomes. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Program coordination & support: Support the team in the day-to-day coordination of active programs.
• Operational Support: Manage event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment, materials, participant registration, and catering arrangements.
• Documentation and presentations: Assist in preparing internal documentation and presentations.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and seamless communication.
• Reporting Assistance: Compile data and insights to support internal reviews and external reporting requirements.
• SME Sourcing Support: Support the team in identifying and sourcing suitable SMEs for active programs.

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience in program coordination, project management, or event planning is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with collaboration tools like Slack, etc.
• A UAE citizen or resident with an existing work permit is a plus.
• A keen interest in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries is a plus.
