This individual acts as a team lead, oversees the clerical, support, analysis, and research tasks, and reviews reports compiled for Planning. Based on properly authorized customer demand, analyze materials and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to the concerned teams.
Coordinate the daily activities of the team and responsible for team leadership and tasks such as : attendance / vacation schedule, claims, training coaching and development, Interview
Experience in Printing Manufacturing Industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production, Logistics, Business, or related field. 4+ years SML or related experience.
Supervisory or Lead experience preferred, particularly within the printing industry.
Product or production process knowledge in Offset, PFL, RFID, Flexo and Thermal preferred
Proficient understanding of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics and all related focus areas.
Excellent analytical skills.
Green Belt or ELS certification preferred.
