About the Role

As Production Manager you’ll oversee the planning and execution of event production ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Working closely with internal teams and external partners you’ll manage resources, timelines and technical requirements making sure every event runs like clockwork from concept to curtain call.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Event Production: Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of event production from kickoff to post-event wrap.
• Manage Vendors & Partners: Select and supervise suppliers, contractors and production crew to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Oversee Budgets & Logistics: Manage production budgets and logistics while optimizing for cost-efficiency and quality.
• Solve in Real-Time: Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with creative, account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery.
• Mentor & Lead: Inspire and grow the production team through hands‑on leadership and development.
