Job Description
Responsibilities
- Product Coordination & Execution
- Support product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and phase-outs.
- Assist in preparing go-to-market materials, pricing sheets, and product documentation.
- Track product performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
- Vendor Liaison & Support
- Coordinate with vendors on inventory updates, promotional calendars, and compliance reporting.
- Assist in organizing vendor meetings, product demos, and training sessions.
- Maintain documentation for vendor programs and ensure timely submissions.
- Channel Enablement & Partner Support
- Facilitate onboarding and training for resellers, integrators, and channel partners.
- Support execution of channel programs, incentive campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing materials for quarterly business reviews and partner meetings.
- Sales & Operations Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product specs, datasheets, and solution bundles.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and assist in forecasting and stock planning.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order processing and pricing validation.
- Technical Familiarity & Market Awareness
- Stay informed on AV / VC technologies including UC devices, display formats, and integration trends.
- Monitor competitor offerings and assist in benchmarking exercises.
- Provide basic technical support and documentation for internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, channel support, or vendor operations.
- Exposure to AV / IT products or distribution environments preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and presentation software.
