Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Procurement modules
• Troubleshoot issues related to PO, Requisitions, Supplier Management, Receiving, and Invoicing
• Monitor and resolve integration, data, and interface errors
• Support month-end and year-end procurement processes
• Manage user access, setups, and configurations
• Coordinate with Oracle Support and cross-functional teams
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement fixes
• Support patches, upgrades, and testing activities
