Job Title: Procurement Specialist / Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers.
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve best pricing terms and quality standards.
• Handle RFIs RFPs and RFQs; evaluate bids and make cost-effective recommendations.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate procurement and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings process improvement and risk reduction.

Requirements
