Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement operations. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase requests, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support:
  • Raise and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and confirm delivery schedules.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of RFQs, quotations, POs, contracts, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and approvals.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining proper documentation.
Vendor Management:
  • Assist in maintaining the vendor database, including contact details, certifications, and performance records.
  • Track vendor performance and elevate any issues related to delays, quality, or pricing.
Internal Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
  • Ensure smooth communication between operations, finance, and procurement teams.
  • Support budget monitoring and cost tracking for procurement activities.
Reporting:
  • Prepare procurement reports as required by management.
  • Assist in tracking procurement KPIs, expenditure, and pending approvals.
Required Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, supply chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SAP.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
