Role

We are seeking a polished and personable Club & Residents Executive to join our Private Office team, supporting Aman’s exceptional portfolio of hotels and residences across Europe and North Africa. As the front-facing relationship executive, you will be entrusted with nurturing and managing relationships with clients, residence owners, and Amanjunkie (VIP guest) communities, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Aman’s philosophy of personalised service, human connection, and timeless elegance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Private Office – Residences EMEA, this role combines client relationship management with operational excellence, overseeing the delivery of Aman Private Office benefits, retention programmes, and sales support, while serving as a vital link between clients, corporate teams, and our regional properties.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the Aman brand by overseeing daily operations of the regional office and sales gallery, including logistics and support for sales and marketing teams.
  • Serve as liaison between UHNW buyer prospects and Aman’s hotels and residences in Europe & North Africa.
  • Manage inbound sales leads, CRM systems (Salesforce, Peoplevine, Monday), lead verification, and coordinate timely follow-up across markets and time zones.
  • Deliver buyer and lead segmentation insights to refine targeting by geography, profile, and channel.
  • Support the preparation of monthly performance dashboards and reporting packs for internal sales teams and developer stakeholders.
  • Analyse campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI to optimise outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain governance documentation, checklists, and milestone trackers, ensuring accurate project management.
  • Develop and update market intelligence reports on luxury residential trends, competitor projects, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to refine messaging and audience targeting using data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate presentations, marketing reports, and Salesforce outputs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in client relations within the luxury sector.
  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally also speak Turkish or French, which would be a strong advantage.
  • Highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and bring excellent attention to detail.
  • A sociable and amiable professional, able to quickly build trust and strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
  • Comfortable providing data-driven insights to support business development and client engagement.
