Qualifications

• Minimum two months experience/training as teller in a banking environment.
• Familiarity with ADIB’s Operational Policies & Procedures.
• Understanding of regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.

Responsibilities

• Perform all teller counter service transactions accurately.
• Liaise with Treasury department for best rates on transactions.
• Manage cash reconciliation and balancing activities.

Skills

Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products & services

Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks

Awareness of competitors in the local market

Knowledge of service standards
