An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PR & Marketing Manager (Food & Beverage) to join Madinat Jumeirah.
Responsibilities
- Lead PR & Partnerships Strategy: Drive and execute strategic PR and partnership initiatives for Madinat Jumeirah’s diverse restaurant portfolio across Jumeirah Al Qasr, Mina A’Salam, and Al Naseem, in alignment with F&B brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- External Communications & Media Relations: Own day‑to‑day external communications for all restaurants, managing media relations, PR agencies, influencers, and KOLs to secure high‑quality coverage, tier‑1 placements, awards submissions, and impactful media experiences.
- Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage innovative partnerships and sponsorships across the resort, leveraging industry relationships to amplify F&B campaigns, drive awareness, reservations, and footfall.
- Campaign & Content Development: Craft compelling brand narratives and F&B promotions that integrate into 360° marketing campaigns, working closely with the wider F&B marketing, social media, and on‑property teams.
- Stakeholder & Internal Communications: Provide expert PR counsel to F&B leadership and outlet teams, manage senior stakeholder communications, and develop engaging internal stories in collaboration with HR and corporate teams.
- Measurement & Reporting: Monitor performance and ROI of PR and partnership initiatives through monthly reporting, KPI tracking, and presentations, ensuring continuous optimisation and year‑on‑year growth in results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent from an accredited and renowned university (Essential); master’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent (Desirable).
- Experience: 7–8 years of PR, marketing, and F&B marketing experience, preferably within an international hospitality environment; proven success in fast‑paced, multicultural settings, delivering integrated F&B marketing strategies, managing budgets, exceeding KPIs, and producing luxury‑standard content with strong top‑tier media relationships.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of the marketing communications landscape with a balanced analytical and creative approach; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; results‑oriented, collaborative, creative, and solution‑focused, with strong leadership behaviors aligned with Jumeirah competencies.
- Technical & Language Proficiency: Proven expertise across organic and paid marketing channels (PR, partnerships, digital, social, SEO/SEM, loyalty, sponsorships, etc.); solid understanding of hotel operations and cross‑functional collaboration; proficient in English (essential) with additional languages desirable.
