The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Construction Manager with a proven track record in directly managing and is accountable for the planning and execution. Leads construction efforts to ensure the project is executed in accordance with ADNOC Onshore and project procedures and Shareholder expectations. • Overseeing and coordinating all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
• Leading project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Monitoring and managing construction schedules and progress to address delays or issues proactively.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and company policies throughout the construction process.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project teams, to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Optimizing resource utilization to improve efficiency and minimize costs without compromising quality.
