At LXR Hotels & Resorts, every detail of the guest experience relies on seamless comfort and reliability. As a Plumber, you will ensure that all plumbing systems throughout the hotel operate efficiently and safely, supporting the luxury standards that define our brand.

What will I be doing?

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, and sanitary systems.
• Respond promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Diagnose leaks, blockages, or malfunctions and resolve them effectively.
• Support water conservation and sustainability initiatives by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems regularly to maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Monitor plumbing-related inventory and request spare parts as needed.
• Collaborate with the wider Engineering team to complete projects and upgrades.
• Perform additional tasks as required to ensure smooth hotel operations.
