Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (using tools like Primavera P6 & MS Project) covering all phases of the project.
  • Track project performance against the baseline schedule; provide early warning of delays and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Generate and present regular progress reports, S-curves, critical path analysis, and earned value management (EVM) data to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project managers and teams to forecast labor, material, and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather input and ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to reflect changes and delays.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, including forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
