The Physiotherapist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients across musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. At Healthagon, physiotherapists are also expected to contribute to the clinic’s growth through patient engagement, content creation, and community marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
  • Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy treatments with the highest clinical standards and professionalism.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in systems.
  • Excellent patient relationship building
  • Managing patients retention rate
Business Development & Patient Growth
  • Proactively engage in business development activities during downtime or non-peak hours.
  • Build community relationships and generate new patient leads through trust, education, and visibility.
Marketing & Content Engagement
  • Participate in the clinic’s content strategy through:
  • Monthly blog contributions
  • Social media video participation (educational or promotional)
  • Highlighting successful case studies or tips to raise profile and attract patients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to increase personal and clinic exposure.
Team & Compliance
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to enhance patient outcomes and clinic performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and contribute to inspection preparedness.
  • Provide mentorship or clinical insight to junior staff if required.
